Rum Raisin Overnight Oats
Rum Raisin Overnight Oats! Yep, they’re different, but good!! Different IS good, right? I know I tend to stay close to my chocolatey & peanut buttery overnight oat creations, but I thought it was time to switch-it-up a bit. Besides, not everyone likes the same things, so here’s a little something different.
- 1/2 c Old fashioned oats
- 1/4 c 0% plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 c Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Black chia seeds
- 1 box Mini raisins
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp Rum extract
- 8 drops Liquid stevia
Level of difficulty Easy
Preparation time 5mins
Cost Budget Friendly
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add in yogurt, milk, extract, & liquid sweetener.
Mix well. Cover & refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.
Remove from fridge & add any desired toppings (pumpkin butter is great) & enjoy!
