- 1 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup flour ( I used 1 cup white flour and 1/2 cup whole wheat)
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp nutmeg
