Щавелевый Борщ (Sorrel Soup)

  • Meat with bone
  • 3 Potatoes - sliced
  • 5 c of Щавель (sorrel) - sliced
  • 8 Eggs (as many as you’d like) - shredded
  • 1 Tblsp Vegeta Seasoning
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Large carrot

Step 1

In a pot, boil bone with Pork or Beef meat in salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 2

On another pan, cook minced onions and shredded carrots until golden brown.

Step 3

Add щавель and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Add as many shredded eggs as desired and boil for 20-25 minutes.

Step 5

Add seasonings: vegeta, dill weed, salt and pepper, and the already cooked vegetables: onions & carrots.
