Щавелевый Борщ (Sorrel Soup)

- 3 Potatoes - sliced
- 5 c of Щавель (sorrel) - sliced
- 8 Eggs (as many as you’d like) - shredded
- 1 Tblsp Vegeta Seasoning
- 1 Onions
- 1 Large carrot

In a pot, boil bone with Pork or Beef meat in salted water for 5 minutes.
On another pan, cook minced onions and shredded carrots until golden brown.
Add щавель and bring to a boil.
Add as many shredded eggs as desired and boil for 20-25 minutes.
Add seasonings: vegeta, dill weed, salt and pepper, and the already cooked vegetables: onions & carrots.
