Stuffed Peppers

  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 sm. sweet onion
  • 1 c. cooked rice.
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sm. can tomato paste with italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. accent
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 c. italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp. italian seasoning

Step 1

Cook your rice, and hollow out 4-6 peppers.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 375

Step 3

Mix all of your ingredients together until well blended.

Step 4

Scoop the mixture into each pepper.

Step 5

Wrap each pepper in foil, and put on a baking sheet.

Step 6

Bake until done. Take peppers out and put your ketchup/brown sugar mixture on top of each pepper. Put back into oven. turn oven off and let peppers sit in oven for 10 mins
