Crispy Baked Chicken

  • 2/3 cup instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 lbs chicken
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Spray 9x13 pan.

Step 2

In medium bowl, mix potato flakes, Parmesan, and garlic powder. Dip chicken into melted butter and coat with potato mix. Place in greased pan and bake until chicken is fully cooked, 45 to 60 minutes for bone in and about 45 minutes for boneless.
