I made brownie with white chocolate morsels and carrot. Sweet tastes come from not only chocolate but also carrots.
- 1 cup White Chocolate Morsels
- 6 tablespoons Butter
- 3/4 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 Large Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup Grated Carrot
Level of difficulty Easy
Cost Average budget
Line 9-by-5-by-3-inch loaf with parchment paper.
In a bowl, put white chocolate morsels and butter. Heat about 1 cup of water in a saucepan. When it boils, reduce heat to medium heat and put the chocolate bowl over the saucepan. Stir to melt chocolate and butter. When both starts to be melted, turn off the heat and keep stirring until both are almost melted. Then remove the bowl from the heat and stir until smooth and chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in all-purpose flour then egg yolks. Lastly add grated carrot and mix to blend well.
Put the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake in preheated 325 degrees F oven for 40-45 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Remove the brownie from the loaf pan and cut the brownie into your preferred shape and size.
