- 8 oz. Ground pork
- 2 teas. Cooking wine
- 2 teas. Soy sauce
- 1 teas. Salt
- 1 teas. Sugar
- 2 teas. cornstarch
- 1 Green onion_ chopped
- Wonton wraps

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients together (except wraps)
Step 2
Place small dollop in the middle of each wrap and wet all edges of wrap with water
Step 3
Fold into a triangle. Take the two corners on the same axis and join together by overlapping and securing with a bit of water
Step 4
Serve with sweet and sour sauce
