Adam and Jen's Pasta Sauce

  • 10 lbs fresh tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Step 1

Blanche the tomatoes in boiling water for about 1 minute per tomato

Step 2

Take the skins off each tomato and put in a kettle to mush thoroughly

Step 3

Add all of above mentioned seasonings into the kettle with the mashed tomatoes and stir

Step 4

Let simmer on stove for about 4-5 hours
