  • 12 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 cups chicken cut up
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 1 parsnip
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 cup pearl barley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp basil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
