- 1 egg
- 1 lb unsalted butter, room temperature
- 200 g shredded coconut
- 100 g icing sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 600 g flour
1. Combine butter and sugar first until creamy.
2. Add egg, coconut, flour, and baking powder.
3. Shape into cookies.
4. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until finished.
