  • 2 cups milk or 1 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 banana cut in half
  • 1/2 avocado pitted and peeled
  • 1 cup green apple cored and chopped
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3 Tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Step 1

Blend milk or almond milk and ice, banana, avocado, apple, spinach, flax seed and honey in blender until smooth.
