Ingredients

  • 2 cups Beef mince
  • Salt
  • Chilli
  • Ginger and garlic
  • 4 big potatoes
  • Semolina

Preparation

Step 1

Cook the mince with spices until done, and dry.

Step 2

Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.

Step 3

Mix the potatoes with the mince, make patties. Roll patties in semolina.
They are now freezable

Step 4

Before serving, dip in egg and shallow fry, turning half way through.
Drain on paper towels.

Step 5

Serve hot with your choice of sauces.
