5 Rookie Cooking Mistakes You're Probably Making
Most amateur chefs have made these common cooking mistakes — and you're probably one of them.
Let meat rest before carving it
All of us have committed some of these common cooking mistakes in the past. But once you know the do's and don'ts of the kitchen, you'll be on your way to master chef status in no time!
For one thing, we all love a hot and hearty meal. That often leads us to forget one cardinal rule: always let the meat cool before cutting into it.
