It's 2017 and Victoria Beckham somehow looks slimmer than she did in her Spice Girl days. At 43, she still has great skin and a youthful figure (even after having four children with her equally attractive soccer star husband).

What's her secret? Three words: diet, diet, diet.

On her Instagram, Mrs. Beckham gave us an insider look of her daily breakfast routine. She starts out with two tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar, which has been linked to weight loss (read more about ACV's health benefits here).

The ACV is followed by a healthy smoothie featuring apple, kiwi, fresh greens, and a handful of chia seeds. Judging from these pictures, you can be sure that the entire Beckham family gets their recommended five servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
