6 Tips for Narrower Hips

For some of us, our sweet tooth shows on our legs and buttocks, in others on the stomach and in others on the hips. If you belong to the latter group, here are some tips to help you win back your slender frame.

Take an ice cube and slide it over your problem areas, in this case the hips and possibly the stomach. Then scrub them with a towel and moisturize them carefully with circular movements.   4. Top with sun-dried tomatoes

  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Slice and serve!
