6 Tips for Narrower Hips
For some of us, our sweet tooth shows on our legs and buttocks, in others on the stomach and in others on the hips. If you belong to the latter group, here are some tips to help you win back your slender frame.
# 2 THE RIGHT MUSCLE BUILDING
With a good workout, you lose fat, gain muscle and tighten your skin. Did you know that with a well-trained muscle mass, you burn up to twenty times as much fat as of when you are not toned.
# 3 PUT on a HULA HOOp
Hula hoops are now your allies in the fight against the bacon. It helps to start the fat burning process and firms the tissue. 5 minutes a day are already sufficient.
# 4 ENDURANCE TRAINING
You should do endurance training at least 3 times a week for at least 30 minutes. This trains the muscles, tightens the connective tissues and giving excess fat no chance.
Mix 8 drops of wheat germ oil, lavender oil, rosemary oil and geranium oil, soak a linen cloth in it then wrap it around your hips for 20 minutes.
#6 Make it frosty
Cold helps very well against fat and strengthens the tissue, which is why we take advantage of it. Take an ice cube and slide it over your problem areas, in this case the hips and possibly the stomach. Then scrub them with a towel and moisturize them carefully with circular movements. Repeat daily.
