Iced Coffee: Recipes To Sip On This Summer

Espresso Tonic
This ice cold coffee cocktail is the stuff of summer dreams! It tastes great anytime, anywhere.
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 1 tall drink glass
- A handful of ice cubes
- 3/4 cup of tonic water
- 1/4 cup espresso
- A wedge of lemon
Instructions:
- Put the ice cubes in the glass, and fill with tonic water.
- Slowly pour the espresso over the ice cubes and tonic water. The two liquids should not mix completely. The espresso should sit on top of the tonic.
- Serve with a wedge of lemon and if you like, and for the ultimate summer touch, a sprig of rosemary.
