Greek Iced Coffee
A Greek vacation in a glass! This delicious frappé is super simple and can be whipped up in no time. Why not give it a go?
Ingredients (for 1 person):
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- A handful of ice cubes
- 1 cup plant-based milk (oat or almond)
Instructions:
- Put the instant coffee and sugar in a tall glass.
- Pour the water over. It should be about two fingers high in the glass.
- Froth with a milk frother or immersion blender, and steadily pull the froth upwards.
- Put the ice cubes in the glass and top up with the plant-based milk. The foam should rise to the surface.
- Stir with a long spoon or straw and enjoy!
