2 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz burrata cheese, torn
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh mint or basil, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
