Ingredients (for 12 skewers):
2 pints cherry tomatoes
8 oz halloumi cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked
Instructions:
Thread tomato and halloumi alternately onto skewers.
Whisk oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Brush skewers generously.
