Firm up your backside with these 15 no-fail tips

Get moving regularly

Without exercise, you won't get the nice shape and lift that you're looking for when trying to whip your backside into top form. Exercise regularly, and move as much as possible during the day. Get up to walk around at the office every hour, by going to refill your water bottle or go to the bathroom. Take the stairs whenever you can, and incorporate strength training and cardio into your exercise routine.  Squats, lunges and plyometric moves are your best bet.
