Their hand-cut, double-fried potatoes are crisped up in a combination of beef and duck fat, before being tossed into hand-held cones with either a sauce (Ex. Swiss fondue, garlic aioli) or "loaded" with such delicacies as braised ox tail poutine or currywurst and other rotating daily specials.
