French Crepes

Do you love crepes, but can never seem to get your batter to be the right consistency? The ratio for authentic crepes is as simple as 4:3:2:1 (4 cups milk, 3 eggs, 2 cups flour, and 1 pinch of salt). Once you master that, you can make your crepes as simple or as elaborate as you would like. A few ideas: spread them with jam, nutella, fill with fruit, and sprinkle with powdered sugar for an artistic touch.
