Speaking of 50/50 burger patties, at Slater's 50/50, a growing franchise (based in California and Texas), more than half the menu features burgers composed of 50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon. Pictured here is the Sriracha burger, with a spiced 50/50 patty, honey Sriracha bacon, pepper jack cheese, charred yellow onion, Sriracha sauteed mushrooms, Sriracha coleslaw, Sriracha mayo, and more Sriracha sauce on a brioche bun. Whew! That's gotta be a spicy one! Other non-spicy 50/50 options are also available.

You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Blue cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Mozarella
  • 1 baguette
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Bacon

METHOD

  1. Cut your cheeses into thin slices
  2. Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
  3. Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
  4. Top with sun-dried tomatoes
  5. Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
  6. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Slice and serve!
