Sabuku Sushi in San Diego is not 100% bacon-centric, but it does devote an entire section of the menu to nine different bacon-themed rolls, which we consider sufficient enough to make this list. Pictured is the "when pigs fry roll," with 2 slices of bacon, spicy tuna and asparagus tempura battered and fried inside; the sauce consists of glazed bacon garlic aioli, sweet mandarin and Sriracha sauce; and it's all topped with bonito flakes, scallions and white sesame seeds. Need we say more?

Three Cheese Baguette
You'll drool over this 3 cheese, bacon-wrapped baguette.
INGREDIENTS
- Blue cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Mozarella
- 1 baguette
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Bacon
METHOD
- Cut your cheeses into thin slices
- Slice baguette down the middle (like a sandwich)
- Layer cheddar, blue, and mozarella cheese inside the bread
- Top with sun-dried tomatoes
- Close baguette and wrap with bacon strips
- Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Slice and serve!
