Belly - New York, NY

New York's BellyNYC is the first Korean bacon shop in the city, specializing in bacon omakase. Omakase is a Japanese tradition that literally means "I'll leave it up to you", or in this case, the dishes are selected and served by the chef. Here, you can get a 9-course tasting menu that features various cuts, textures and preparations of pork. Expect to see innovative creations including bacon sushi (pork jowl, lime, salt, wasabi) and grilled bacon (pork jowl, salted shrimp garlic aioli, dried smoked and fermented tuna and greens), or order bacon carpaccio and gochujang glazed thick bacon à la carte.
