Located right in the Delmar Loop, one of the trendiest areas of St. Louis, Blueprint Coffee is both a physical store and a roastery, and they provide beans to many other local cafés as well. Every Monday, you can show up in the morning for free "cupping", or coffee tasting, so you easily can get a little taste of several of the different flavors that Blueprint has to offer.
