The evidence is clear: eating fish can increase longevity.
A study by the Harvard School of Public Health and the University of Washington found that high levels of blood omega-3s was associated with a 27% decrease in mortality risk.  The subjects who displayed high levels of omega-3s did not take supplements, but instead got them from incorporating fish into their diet.

So how much fish do you have to eat to get the benefits? If the study's subjects are anything to go by, eating fish twice a week is all you need!

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
