The Water Isn't Hot Enough

If you brew up your java with water that isn't hot enough, it's actually not possible to extract the full taste and flavors from the coffee beans. If you're using a commercial coffee machine, make sure that it's capable of heating up the water to about 194° F. If you're using a French press, make sure you don't add the water until it's reached full boiling point in the kettle.
