The world’s most expensive sushi

Filipino chef Angelito Araneta Jr. became world famous for his unique and luxurious sushi creations. This five-piece nigiri special roll made the Guiness Book of World Records in 2010 for its $1,978.15 price tag. It's wrapped in 24-karat edible gold leaf instead of seaweed and is made with premium pink Norwegian salmon and foie gras, then topped with three Palawan pearls and 20 carats-worth of African diamonds.

These quick and easy chicken quesadillas are the perfect, last-minute family dinner!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp. of Mexican spice mix
  • 4 Tortillas
  • Cheddar
  • Salt, to taste

METHOD:

  1. Put shredded chicken breast, tomato sauce, chives, and mexican spice mix in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Lay out the tortillas. Place a slice of cheddar in the center, and cover with the chicken mix.
  3. Fold up tortillas, and heat in a frying pan until golden.
  4. Enjoy!
