Pozole Mac and Cheese

Pozole is a traditional Mexican red chili and tomato-based stew made with hominy and meat. This recipe uses that dish as inspiration for an out-of-this-world macaroni and cheese. Three kinds of chili peppers make it a spicy mac, but there's plenty of cheese, plus avocado and sour cream to cool you off.
