10. Combine a Healthy Diet with Exercise
You might not want to hear it (again), but regular exercise is essential for maintaining a healthy body. 30 to 60 minutes of moderate physical activity is the recommended daily amount, which in reality is only 2 to 4% of your day. Everyone knows that physical activity promotes well-being, creates a more positive body image and burns additional calories. Even if you only have 10 minutes to spare, anything is better than nothing. And if you're not into gyms or workout classes, try running or going for long walks to burn extra calories. Combined with a balanced diet, it's the most effective tool to keep weight gain at bay.
