7. Guzzle that H2O

Given that our bodies are made up of about 70% water, it's no wonder we need to drink at least 2 liters per day. If you really hate the taste, add fresh fruit, vegetables or herbs to spruce it up a bit. Or opt for a low-calorie beverage like unsweetened tea, sparkling water with natural flavorings, etc. If you're not good at remembering to drink water consistently, set up hourly reminders on your phone, and carry a reusable water bottle with you at all times.
