Tortilla de Patatas: Spanish Omelette

Tortilla de patatas is easily one of Spain's most popular tapas dishes, although it is nothing like the Mexican flat flour tortillas we're all familiar with. Rather, it is a fluffy, dense Spanish-style omelette, made with eggs and potatoes. Onions are commonly added for extra flavor, and everything gets "grilled" up in one pan. It can be served hot or cold and is often cut into small cubes with toothpicks for serving. Our version may not be the most authentic, but it's no less delicious and shows you to prepare this famous tapas in 10 simple steps! Get the recipe here.
