INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 Cup of blue cheese
  • 1/2 Cup of cream cheese
  • Green peas (cooked)
  • 4 Sun-dried tomatoes (halved)
  • 2 Slices prosciutto
  • Toast

METHOD

  1. Mix together the blue cheese and cream cheese.
  2. Spread onto toast.
  3. Top with green peas, sun-dried tomatoes, and prosciutto.
  4. Enjoy!

  • 1 beef brisket
  • 1 bottle of bbq sauce

  • 1 beef brisket (3-4 lbs)
  • 3/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 lb small red potatoes
  • 2-3 carrots peeled and cut up
  • 1 onion cut up
  • Mix bbq sauce and flour
  • Put vegetables in slow cooker
  • Pour a layer of sauce mixture on vegetables
  • Place meat on top of vegetables
  • cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours
  • Remove meat and vegetables
  • Cut meat into thin slices and top with bbq mixture
