- Pasta:
- 3 1/3 Cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 TBS Veg Oil
- 2 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 Cup Warm Water
- 2 Whole Eggs
- Sauce
- 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Small Diced Onion
- 2 TBS Olive Oil
- 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- 4 TBS Butter
- 1 Tsp Salt, Pepper, oregano, Parsley
Itailan Meatballs

- 1 Pound of Ground Chuck
- 1 Pound of Ground Pork
- 1 Pound of Ground Veal
- 3 Cups of Fine Bread Crumbs
- 3 Eggs Beaten
- 2 Tsp Salt and Pepper, Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Garlic Podwer
- 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

- 1 ½ cup warm water
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 5 cups all-purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 4 TBS Melted Butter, melted
- ¼ cups baking soda
Grandma DeNicolo's Cheese Cake

Italian Cheese Cake Recipe that my mother handed down from my grandma Lena in Italy
- 2 Cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 Cup of Softened Butter or Margarine
- 16 oz- Riccotta Cheese
- 2 (8 oz) Packages of Cream Cheese - Softened
- 1 Cup of White Sugar
- 4 Eggs - Slightly Beaten
- 1/3 Cup Corn Startch
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 Cup butter or margarine, melted
- 16 oz Sour Cream

- 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon or orange zest
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 2 cup honey
- Sprinkles for Christmas
