There are meatballs, then there are MEATBALLS. Growing up I was raised on the real thing.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound of Ground Chuck
  • 1 Pound of Ground Pork
  • 1 Pound of Ground Veal
  • 3 Cups of Fine Bread Crumbs
  • 3 Eggs Beaten
  • 2 Tsp Salt and Pepper
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Parsley
  • Garlic Podwer
  • 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together well.

Step 2

Form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs.

Step 3

Bake in a 350° oven until lightly brown but not overly done. At this point you want to remove them and put them directly into a pot of simmering Italian pasta sauce and let them simmer for a few hours.
