Pasta and Cream Cheese

Boil your pasta according to package
- Pasta boiled and drained
- Cream Cheese
- Spaghetti Sauce
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1lb Ground Beef
- Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Tortilla Pinwheels

Perfect for appetizers or snacks, these can be made a day ahead and refrigerated
- 8 Flour Tortillas warmed
- 16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 Green Onions
- Small can of sliced Black Olives
- 1C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salsa
Red White & Blue Trifle

In a large bowl, mix the milk and pudding until thick
- 3C Cold Milk
- 2Pkgs Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1 Angel Food Cake cubed into 1" pieces
- 1 pkg Cool Whip
- 3C Sliced Strawberries
- 3C Blueberries
Sauteed Carrots with Sage

Melt butter and oil in pan
- 1 bunch Carrots with leaves still on
- 1t Butter
- 1t Olive Oil
- 2T Water
- 2t Sage
- Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Preheat Oven to 350 Mix cream cheese, mayo, parmesan romano, and garlic and salt & pepper
- 1 pkg Frozen Spinach thawed
- 2 cans Artichoke Hearts
- 16oz block of Cream Cheese softened
- 1C Parmesan Romano
- 2C Shredded Mozzarella
- 1T Minced Garlic
- 1/2 C Mayonnaise
- Salt and Pepper
Pita Chips

- 1 Stick Butter
- 1T minced Garlic

Nachos

Preheat Oven to 350. Heat oil in your deep fryer
- 10 Small Flour Tortillas
- 2C Cheese (Cheddar or Mexican Blend)
- 8oz Black Olives Sliced
- 1 Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1lb Ground Beef
- 1pkt Taco Seasoning
- Taco Sauce
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour Cream
- Shredded Lettuce
Sausage Stuffing

Mom would make this stuffing every Thanksgiving
- 1 Log Pork Sausage (We use Jones' Sausage)
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Celery stalks chopped
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 bag Stuffing
- 2T sage
- Salt and Pepper
- 1C Chicken Broth or Water
Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

- 1 Large Bag frozen Chopped Broccoli
- Velveeta cubed
- 3/4 stick butter cubed
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pkg butter crackers (we use Ritz crackers)
