- 1/3 c. softened butter
- 4 T cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 c. flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ c. nuts
- ½ c. Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400, then melt ½ c
- 1 Pkg. Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
- ½ c. Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour (more if needed)
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 c. nuts (optional)
- Mini marshmallows
Orange Tea Drops

Preheat oven to 350, then cream butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, orange rind, and vanilla
- ½ c butter
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- ½ c sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp. grated orange rind
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Pkg. Semi-Sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. flour
- ½ tsp. salt
Valentine's Day Sweetheart Cookies

Beat together in a large bowl: butter, cream cheese until creamy
- 1 C. butter or margarine, softened
- 2-3 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 C. oatmeal
- 1/2 C. chopped walnuts or pecans

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- 2/3 C. brown sugar
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 tsp each: cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- 1-1/2 C. pumpkin
- 2 eggs and add
- 1 C half and half

- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons (10 ounces) all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda

- 12 tablespoons (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup granulated sugar
