- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Aunt Georgann's Dressing

Place bread crumbs and seasoning in a large bowl
- 6 C. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg (opt.slightly beaten)
- 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 C. chicken broth or water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 C. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 C. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. thyme
- 1-1/2 C. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. sage
- 3/4 tsp. basil
- 3/4 tsp. rosemary
Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

- 1/4 C. vinegar

- 1/2 tsp. ginger

Broccoli Salad with Raisins

Mix chopped broccoli stalks and flowerets, chopped onion and fried, small cut pieces of bacon into a bowl
- 3 large stalks broccoli, peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions (or use onion powder to taste)
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 C. sunflower seeds
- 1 C. sliced almonds or coarsley chopped peans
- 1C. seedless raisins
Hamburger Stroganoff

Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and mushrooms
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 chopped onion (or use onion powder to taste)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 chopped mushrooms
- 2 T. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 C. sour cream.
Baked Beans

- 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb. bacon,
- 1/2 C. chopped onion (onion pwd. to taste)
- 1 clove minced garlic (garlic powder to taste)
- 1/4 C. packed brown sugar 1/4 C. ketchup
- 2 T. molasses
- 1 Tsp. dry mustard
- 1 16 oz. can baked beans
- 1 15 oz. dark kidney beans, drained, liquid reserved
- 1-15 oz. Great Northern beans
Sukiyaki

- 1/2 C. soy sauce
- 3/4 C. canned chicken broth
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 C. Chinese cabbage or bok choy
- 12 green onion
- 3 large mushrooms
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 C. bamboo shoots
- 3 C. chopped spinach
- 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced

- 1-1/2 C. sifted whole wheat flour
- 1 T. baking powder
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs, separated
- 2 C. milk `
- 6 T. margarine, melted
- 1/2 C. quick-cooking oats
Baked Chicken Strips

- 1/2 C. low-sodium chicken broth

- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
