Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of elbow macaroni
  • 4 cans of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 4 tbsp of corn starch
  • 4 tsp of granulated white sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add macaroni to stock pot with water and salt bring to a boil.

Step 2

Mix Tomatoes , milk, corn starch, sugar, and salt to a pot and bring to a boil at medium heat until mixture thickens. Reduce heat to simmer.

Step 3

Drain macaroni when done add tomato mix and blend together. Serve.
