Ingredients

  • 8 oz of elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 c bread crumbs
  • 4 T butter melted
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 t dry mustard
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 1/2 c milk
  • 8 oz cheese a blend is best

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni half way, mix all except bread crumbs and butter.

Step 2

put into a 8x8 pan top with melted butter and bread crumbs

Step 3

bake 350 20 minutes
