  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 2 cups Macaroni
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese for topping

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni.

Melt butter, blend flour & seasonings.

Add milk & cook, stirring constantly until thick.

Remove from heat.

Add cheese, Worcestershire sauce & mustard.

Add cooked macaroni & sprinkle shredded cheese on top.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
