Baked Lemon Tilapia

  • 2 pieces tilapia
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Dashes of cilantro, parsley, sweet basil, salt, pepper, & garlic powder
  • 2 lemon wedges
  • 1 tbsp butter, thinly sliced

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil. Brush tilapia with olive oil. Sprinkle with cilantro, parsley, sweet basil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Squeeze lemon juice over tilapia and garnish with lemon slices. Add butter. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are brown.
