  • 1 pork loin
  • 2 cups water & Bovril
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp water
  • Montreal Steak spice
  • Real Garlic gloves chopped up
  • Dash lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper

Step 1

Saute meat with spices, garlic and salt and pepper.

Step 2

Add orange juice, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice. Simmer 15-20 min.

Step 3

Put in oven @300 for 45 min

Step 4

Then make gravy with cornstarch and water.
