  • 1 tbs flour
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs vinegar
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 1/2 lbs pork chops

Step 1

Put pork chops in casserole dish. Mix all ingredients together and pour over pork chops.Cover with foil and bake at 250 for 2 hours.
