¼ C. Flour
¼ teas. salt
Pepper
Paprika
Spices to taste
1 Egg
½ C. Breadcrumbs

Mix flour and seasonings in one dish

Step 2

Whisk egg in another dish

Place breadcrumbs in another dish

Step 4

Dredge schnitzel in flour mixture; dip into egg and then coat with breadcrumbs

Fry at 350° for 3 – 4 minutes on each side
