Great sauce over pasta!
- 2 cups water
- 1 28 oz. can of stewed tomatoes
- 100 grams prosciutto ham
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 teaspoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup red wine

Saute butter with ham in frying pan for 5 minutes
Transfer from frying pan to sauce pan
Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients except for the wine
Simmer for 1 hour
Last minute before serving add wine
Pour over pasta of your choice (linguine works best) and enjoy!
