Chicken Spinach and Pea Puree

  • 2 teaspoons of cooked chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sour cream to drizzle on top
  • 1/2 cup of chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup of peas

Preparation

Step 1

Chop and wash spinach

Step 2

Cover peas, chicken and spinach in a pot with water and boil until cooked (or cook in a steamer for 15 minutes)

Step 3

Add all ingredients to the blender, mix until smooth texture is achieved

Step 4

Drizzle with sour cream

You can add the bread on top of the soup, to absorb the liquids. This is a great way to ease your child into self-feeding.
