Step 1

Carrots, Potatoes and Parsnip Purée (9 months +) - Step 1

Peel the potatoes, carrots and parsnip, then cut into cubes.

Step 2

Add all ingredients into the steamer.

Step 3

Cook for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Add a tablespoon of olive oil to achieve a smoother texture.

Step 5

Once cooked place in a blender and mix until a smooth puree.

Step 6

Enjoy!
