Double Up On The Gravy

Gravy adds a wonderful dimension to your roasts but can be a time-consuming project. Try doubling up your quantities and keeping half for next time. A flour-based  gravy can be kept in the freezer for up to 4 months, but it's better not to freeze cream or milk-based gravies because they will separate when thawed.
